ATTENTION: TUMBLR USERS IN NORTH CAROLINA
The North Carolina General Assembly has introduced a constitutional amendment to the North Carolina State Constitution which would “provide that marriage between one man and one woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in this State.”
Voting on the amendment is at the 2012 PRIMARY on MAY 8th, not in November.
Aside from the obvious discriminatory nature of the amendment, it is poorly worded and thought out and would harm the rights of ALL couples.
Remember to vote ‘AGAINST’ this amendment.

LETS BE HONEST… is Tumblr following their own Policies?
They let you know clearly what Tumblr is and is not for.
We fully agree and respect such policies.
For the past 20 blogs (Jodase21 was suspended even before it was published!) they only thing I have ever posted, to “freely express who I am, what I love, think, witness and believe” have been legal and beautiful pictures of healthy boys enjoying life (as they should). No harm at all have been caused to them because all pictures are taken from the internet and more: not from porn sites.
Even so, everytime my blogs get deleted I get an amazing email from some first name @ tumblr support saying that when I joined Tumblr I agreed that “no inapropriate content involving minors” would be posted.
Every time I have written back asking where on earth anything approaching that had been posted. Not even once I received a reply.
Then today I read the following in their official blog:
Finally, we strive to apply all our policies fairly. When there’s a concern that a user is violating a policy, our team will evaluate the situation carefully before taking appropriate action. Accounts are only suspended in cases where a violation is particularly severe or where warnings have been ignored.

What the heck does that mean? And how come neither this statement nor the policy itself is applied?
What after all goes on at Tumblr - where explicit PORN is freely allowed and where MINORS HAVE ACCESS TO SUCH PORN WITH NO WARNING - but pictures of healthy boys, dressed and enjoying life, are considered “SEVERE VIOLATION OF POLICIES”..??

Anyway, it is because I TRULY BELIEVE THAT I AM NOT GOING AGAINST ANY TUMBLR POLICY, RULES, REGULATIONS OR BETTER STILL ANY LAW ANYWHERE that Jodase blogs will go on.
The day Tumblr tell me exactly which of their policies or rules are being infringed, then I will stop.
This is the reason that why I dont enjoy tumblr anymore. I will prolly delete this blog soon. :(
